• Fishing traditions and crab catching: introduction to the life of local fishermen; hands-on crab catching masterclass.
• Vietnamese karaoke: national songs and fun alongside local residents.
• Water puppet theatre: a unique traditional performance about Vietnamese culture and legends.
• Legends, crafts and traditions: stories about Vietnamese culture and beliefs; introduction to local crafts.
• National lunch: Vietnamese cuisine in an atmospheric setting. Menu: cobia fish (Vietnamese-style), scallops with spring onion, steamed shrimp, squid in sweet and sour sauce, braised fish, omelette, rice, iced tea and fruits.
• Beach time: free time for swimming and relaxing by the sea.
